| Abstract: | Revitalizing Heilongjiang should adhere to the scientific development view,does a good job of five things outstandingly.First,implement talent's strategy in a more cost-effective manner,make great efforts to make talent highland.Second,accelerate advancing the reform of state-owned enterprise,take the new-type industrialized road.Third,increase the input in fund and technology,develop the pollution-free industry in a more cost-effective manner.Fourth,it is economic and trade to Russia to develop actively,foster new growth engines.Fifth,define government foles again,build the fine development environment. |
