摘    要:锦屏一级水电站拱坝是世界在建最高拱坝,混凝土温控防裂是其建设中的关键技术难题。根据工程自身特点,在现有的温控防裂技术理论和工程经验的基础上,结合全过程的温控仿真及反馈分析,不断加深对混凝土温控防裂规律的认识,逐步细化本工程的温控技术标准,总结制订了一套完整的温控工作评价体系,在此基础上开展4.5 m仓层厚浇筑温控关键技术研究,建立了温度自动化控制系统,有效地控制了不利应力的产生并防止了温度裂缝的出现,解决了超300 m级特高拱坝混凝土施工的温控防裂技术难题。

Abstract:The super-high arch dam of Jinpin I Hydropower Station is the highest arch dams under construction in the world,for which the key technical problem during the construction is the concrete temperature control and anti-cracking. Based on the current technical theory of the concrete temperature control and anti-cracking and the existing engineering experiences,a set of complete system for evaluating the temperature control is summarized and then made through continuously deepening the understanding on the law of the temperature control and anti-cracking and refining the standards of the temperature control for Jinping Hydropower Project step by step. On the basis of this,the research on the key technology for the temperature control on the 4.5 m thinkness of concrete placing cabin is carried out and then an automatic temperature control system is correspondingly established,thus the occurrence of the adverse stress is controlled and the appearance of the temperature-crack is prevented effectively,moreover,the technical problem from the temperature control and anti-cracking during the concrete construction of the super-high arch dam with the height over 300m is finally solved as well.
