| 摘 要： | 在分析北部湾经济区金融综合改革试点必要性、可行性的基础上,探讨了建立广西北部湾经济区金融综合改革试验区的步骤和构想:通过商业银行与金融租赁、银行业与信托业的结合、商业银行向投资银行业务领域的扩张来实现混业经营,尝试开展离岸金融业务,在中越边境设立货币自由兑换区,探索区域性外汇管理政策,成立北部湾银行联合体和北部湾民营银行.构建区域性产权交易中心等.
