| 摘 要： | 跨国公司是在两个或两个以上的国家建立的分支机构,由母公司统筹决策和控制,从事跨国生产经营活动。跨国公司知识网络的特点在于其开放性、动态性更强,而人力资本、结构资本、关系资本运作的效益和效率表现为知识网络的有效性。基于模糊评价方法的有效性评价可以显示不同层面、不同指标的效益效率,为提高跨国公司的效率和效益提供理论参考。
