Abstract: | Balanced scorecard is a kind of corporate performance measurenent nethod from the internal perspective. It can cause enterprises to contact the long-term strategy with short-term activities. With the introduction of mathenatical model analytic hierarchy process(AHP), the issue of index weight can be successfully solved in corporate performace measurement and balanced scorecard is made an effctive means for decision making. |
