| 摘 要： | 教育评价指标体系设计应克服脱离教育实际和一些评价指标过于陈旧落后等问题;应扩大指标设计参与者,科学分析人的素质结构,考虑可行性以设计出适合同一层次不同(重点、一般)学校的评价指标体系来,更好地发挥教育评价的激励功能。

| Abstract: | The design of educational evaluation quota should overcome such problems as breaking away from e-ducational practice, and some education quota backward etc. In order to give full play to the incentive function of education evaluation, we should allow more many people to work on the evaluation design,analyse the structure of person's quality scientifically, and design a series of flexble evaluation quota in accordance with different universities on the same level. |
