组织间知识网络结构与知识创造的螺旋

本文根据社会网络理论,按照网络集中度与网络成员竞争程度将组织间知识网络分为四种类型,以多案例研究方法探讨了不同类型的知识网络对知识螺旋运动各阶段的成员参与意愿的影响,以及不同类型的知识网络为知识螺旋运动所创造的环境与条件,从而揭示出组织间知识网络结构与知识创造的螺旋之间的关系。

Cross-organizational Knowledge Network Structure and the Knowledge Spiral

With the social network theory, a four-cell grid is developed to categorize the cross-organizational knowledge networks. The grid is based on two dimensions, the network centralization and the competition of network members. Using multi-case study, we examine the impact of network structure on the intention and the conditions to the knowledge spiral in order to uncover the relationship between cross-organizational network structure and the knowledge spiral.
