| 摘 要： | 结合河南农业发展的现状及要求,确立了河南省农业循环经济发展的总体思路,提出2015年的发展目标。提出当前循环经济发展的五个主要任务：推进优质高效农业发展;推广节约型种养植业;以农业废弃物资源化为主构建循环经济链;全面推进农业清洁生产;发展农业循环经济园区。
