| 摘 要： | 因台商在大陆发展资金短缺,导致绕过两岸监管的非法金融———两岸地下金融逐渐升温。这种非法地下金融可能冲击两岸的金融秩序,也可能产生负面的社会影响。化解两岸地下金融热潮,必须通过两岸金融合作才能实现。

| Abstract: | Taiwan businessmen lacking finances in developing in China mainland result in the scale of underground finance, that is to say illegal finance expansion gradually. The underground finance may assault the financial order of two sides of Taiwan strait and engender negative influence for society. So it have to be put in order. To do so, two sides of Taiwan strait should cooperate in finance. |
