| 摘 要： | 在当前金融危机的背景下,农民工大量失业的一个重要出路就是返乡创业,农民工返乡创业不仅可以有效缓解就业压力,也对农村城镇化建设等有重要意义。当前要积极引导农民工返乡创业,政府应从政策引导、提供就业培训、完善创业环境等方面入手,积极引导新一轮的农民工创业潮。
