| 摘 要： | 时代在前进,形势在变化,事业在发展。面对新形势新情况,加强和改进医院老干部思想政治工作,必须在巩固过去好的传统、好做法的基础上,紧密结合老干部队伍中出现的新情况、新问题,在内容、形式、方法、手段、机制等方面努力进行创新和改进,才能适应新形势下老干部思想正工作的需要。

| Abstract: | Time is progressing,the situation is changing.In the new situation, strengthening and improving hospital old cadre ideological and political work, must be in consolidating the past good on the basis of traditional good workmanship, and closely combining the new situation, the new question appearing in the cadre troop, make innovation and improvement in content, form, methods, mechanism etc to adapt to the new situation old cadre ideological and are working needs. |
