本文提出20世纪80年代以来产业组织形态出现从垂直一体化向垂直解体发展的趋势，并对产业组织垂直解体的模式、特征以及垂直解体的空间发展进行了详细分析。本文认为，垂直解体后的企业并非简单地从科层回到市场，而是形成介于科层和市场之间的网络化关系。最后，作者对垂直解体和网络化对生产绩效、生产方式和国际分工的影响进行了分析。

Disintegration and Networkization of Industrial Organizaiton

This article points out the tendency of the industrial organizations' alteration from vertical integration to vertical disintegration and gives a comprehensive analysis to the mode of industrial organizations'vertical disintegration,its characteristics,and its space for development. According to the author,industrial organizations' vertical disintegration does not just mean returning to market form hierarchy,however,it means forming the network relationship between market and hierarchy. Finally,this article makes an analysis for the impact of vertical disintegration and networkization on the product performance,product method and the global division of labor.
