| 摘 要： | 在分析目前土地利用规划体系不足、村镇土地管理面临的新形势的基础上,分析村级土地利用规划的基本要求和特点,并就完善土地利用规划体系进行思考,认为村级土地利用规划可作为土地利用详细规划研究和发展,以促进土地利用规划体系的不断完善和发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of disadvantages of the system of land use planning and the new situation of land management at the level of villages and towns,this paper discusses the basic requests and characteristics of rural land use planning and the way to perfect the system of land use planning,concluding that rural land use planning can be studied and developed as a detailed land use planning in order to improve the continuous perfection and development of land use planning system. |
