| 摘 要： | 学生干部队伍落实到实践中具体表现为团委、学生会等学生社团组织。学生社团的组织建设是指由学生干部构成并起主导作用的机构和部门设置、运作及完善等方面的构建。本文从学生社团组织的设置、运作和完善等三个方面,探讨学生社团组织建设过程中的一些基本问题。
