| Abstract: | This paper expounds low efficiency of agricultural water utilization in china, analyses the problems in management of agricultural water, and put forward the relative proposals. The proposals include designing water saving inspiring mechanism, reforming the management on irrigation, improving the regimes which are helpful to industrialization of agriculture and urbanization. |
