基于循环经济的资源型乡村可持续发展研究——以江西省为例

江西省乡村资源开采存在污染物排放量高、环境破坏严重等一系列问题,不利于资源型乡村在新时代背景下可持续发展。文章对江西省资源型乡村发展现状进行调查与分析发现,江西省资源型乡村可持续发展过程中面临着产业结构调整过于缓慢、缺乏与发展配套人才等瓶颈问题,限制了江西省资源型乡村的建设,同时对现有资源型乡村的可持续发展带来不利影响。为解决发展瓶颈,并提出明确发展思路、加速产业调整及引入技术人才等解决措施,旨在切实保障江西省资源型乡村的稳定可持续发展。

THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF RESOURCE-BASED RURALAREAS BASED ON CIRCULAR ECONOMY---TAKING JIANGXI AS AN EXAMPLE

The rural resources exploitin Jiangxi provincehad a series of problems such as high pollutant emissions, serious environmental damage, and so on, which was harmful to sustainable development. Firstly, the present situation of the rural development in Jiangxi province was investigated. The results showed that the rural sustainable development faced many problems, including that the industrial structure adjustment was low, and the talent for the rural development was deficiency. These problems in a large extent limited the constructionof resource-based rural, as well as hampered the sustainable development of the resource type rural. Finally, it put forward some suggestions for the rural development, such as accelerating industrial adjustment, introducing the talent and technology, so as to ensure the stability and sustainable development of the resources-based country in Jiangxi province.
