黔东南地区人居环境评价及优化策略研究

文章以黔东南地区为例主要针对城镇化水平下人居环境的发展模式及优化策略展开研究。首先建立了AHP模型,按照指标体系构建原则,构建了适合评价黔东南地区宜居性的科学合理的客观评价指标体系,以经济建设、居住环境、生态环境、公共服务等4个方面作为影响因子,用层次分析法得出综合权重以及各个指标所占的权重,根据得分分析影响黔东南地区宜居性的指标,其中影响黔东南地区宜居性的因素主要是经济建设和居住条件,其次是生态环境和公共服务,根据数据分析得出黔东南地区目前存在经济、社会、环境协调系数不高、城镇化水平偏低、自然资源丰富的现状。根据数据分析和从黔东南地区的实际情况提出强化城市基础设施;保护生态环境,合理利用资源;继承历史,构造文化底蕴;加强治安力度,提升宜居性等4种优化策略。

ASSESSMENTAND OPTIMIZATION OF HUMAN SETTLEMENT ENVIRONMENT*---A CASE STUDY OF SOUTHEAST REGION

Taking the southeast region of Guizhou province asan example, this paper discussed the development model and strategy of human settlement environment. In accordance with the principles of the index system, it built a scientific and rational objective evaluation index for southeast area livability system, took the economic development, living environment and ecological environment, the public service as the impacting factors, and obtained the comprehensive weight of each indexusing the Analytic hierarchy Process model. Finally, it calculated the scores of each indicatorof livability in southeast regions. The results showed that the factors impacting the livability of southeast region were the economic and living conditions, followed by the ecological environment and public services. The actual situations in southeast area were that the coordination coefficient among economy, society and environment was not high, the urbanization level was low, and the natural resources were rich. Finally, it put forward some countermeasures, including strengthening urban infrastructure, protecting the ecological environment, reasonable using resources, inheriting the history and culture, strengthening the public security, and improving livability.
