| 摘 要： | 产业集聚是推动区域经济发展的重要力量。单一地区需求导向决定的围绕城市群的产业圈层集聚布局,可以实现获取市场和节省成本的需要,带来规模经济和范围经济的扩大,从而形成了该地区的比较优势。产业集聚带来的区域发展追求市场范围,区域之间必然面临激烈竞争和资源配置的非"帕累托最优"。产业集聚和区域经济发展的道路是产业圈层布局和区域差异化发展。
