| Abstract: | The article dwells on the strategic goal when economy of North Zhejiang is in accord with that of Shanghai and the guiding thought which must be insisted on when the strategic goal is realized. What's more, the article puts forward seven guiding principles including benefiting each other, the first place of the same systems, willing to be a supporting role and so on. All of these should be followed when the economy in the district of North Zhejiang accords with that of Shanghai. |
