| 摘 要： | 随着现代企业的进一步发展,企业规模不断扩大,由此产生了企业所有者管理才能与企业资产的不对称,所有者无法有效率的经营企业,继而导致了企业所有权与经营权的分离.本文主要研究两权分离后产生的委托代理关系中存在的问题,并有针对性的提出了解决方案.

| Abstract: | With the further development of modern enterprises,it is certain that enterprises are expanding.The ones that have produced the enterprise owner and could manage with enterprise's assets are asymmetric,and owner's management enterprises unable to be efficient.These cause enterprise's ownership to separate from power of management.This article studies mainly problem existing of the agent relation that produce after research two right separate and points proposition solution. |
