近30年中国合村并居研究综述与展望

研究目的：系统总结近30年中国合村并居研究的演进趋势、阶段特征和热点，展望未来研究的重点关注方向，为合村并居研究及政策完善提供参考。研究方法：文献计量法，比较分析法。研究结果：合村并居研究总体可分为两个阶段，第一阶段的研究关注合村并居的动因、方式及其积极影响，旨在总结典型模式的成功经验，揭示乡村及城市化的发展规律；第二阶段的研究探讨合村并居的驱动力、模式及出现的问题，旨在吸取经验，矫正异化，引导合村并居因地制宜的发展。两个阶段的共同关注点集中在合村并居的动因与模式、合村并居的效应、合村并居的意愿及补偿等方面。研究结论：未来合村并居的研究应更加关注乡村振兴中合村并居路径选择、乡村建设行动中合村并居利益分配机制、宅基地三权分置中合村并居确权、合村并居中弱势群体关怀、合村并居后的社区文化融合等问题。

Research Review and Prospects for Village Consolidation in China in the Past 30 Years

The purposes of this study are to systematically summarize the evolution trend, stage characteristics and hot spots of the research on village consolidation in China in the past 30 years, and to propose the key research directions in the future, so as to provide the reference for subsequent research and policy improvement. The methods of bibliometric and comparative analysis are employed. The results show that the research on village consolidation can be divided into two stages. The first stage focused on the motivations, modes and positive effects of village consolidation, aiming to summarize the successful experience from typical modes and reveal the evolution law of rural development and urbanization. The second stage discussed the driving forces, modes and problems of village consolidation, aiming to absorb experience, correct alienation and guide village consolidation according to the local conditions. The common concerns of the two stages focused on the driving factors and modes, the effects, the willingness and compensation of village consolidation. In conclusion, the future research should pay more attention to the reasonable path, benefit distribution mechanism, property rights, social security mechanism, cultural integration and so on.
