| 摘 要： | 学生管理的实质在于调动学生的积极性，合理组织人力，不断提高实效，并使学生个体从中得到发展。本文拟在阐述罗森塔尔效应、鲇鱼效应、门槛效应等三种心理效应的基础上。分析了目前学生管理工作存在的种种弊端。旨在探索开发学生潜在能力、充分发挥学生能动性、创造性和自主性的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The essence of students' management lies in mobilizing the students'initiative,organizing manpower reasonably,raising the actual effect continously and making the individual student develop.Based on the account of the Rossontle effect,Walking Fish effect,and the Threshold effect,etc,the paper analyzes various malpractices that exist in the work of students'potential abilities,and to exert fully their subjective activity,creativity and autonomy. |
