| 摘 要： | 知识共享网络的形成、专业化劳动力市场的形成、基础设施的提升、品牌化运作、服务的互补性是高技术服务业发展的理论基础。据此,促进高技术服务业集聚发展的政策建议为:在国家与地方规划层面上重视高技术服务业集聚发展,加快高技术服务区域品牌建设,开展高技术服务集聚区批量筹资试点等。
