劳资冲突管理机制探析及模型建构——以信息不对称类型为例

摘    要:依据信息不对称这一属性对劳资冲突进行分类界定,可将其细分为资方非客观理解、劳方非客观理解和双方非客观理解三种类型。据此可以从资方调节、劳方调节和双方沟通调节三个方面展开应对机制的研究,建构信息不对称型劳资冲突的管理模型。
