| 摘 要： | 首先介绍了我国利用国际金融组织特别是世界银行和亚洲开发银行贷款的基本情况，并对利用国际金融组织贷款的总体效果做出评价。然后，从阶段性特点、区域分布以及行业投向等方面，对我国利用国际金融组织贷款的情况进行分析。最后，对我国利用国际金融组织贷款的经验和教训进行总结。

| Abstract: | The Utilization of Loans from international financial organizations is an important part of China's use of foreign capital.In this field we gained lots of experience and got good harvest.T his paper reviewed the course of utilization of loans from international financial organizations of more than twenty years.Firstly,the author introduced the background of utilization of loans,especially from World Bank and ADB,and evaluated the whole situation.Then analyzed from three aspects:the different phases,the areas and the industries of the loans.Finally summarized the experience and lessons. |
