高职物流管理专业农产品冷链物流特色人才培养研究——以湖南商务职业技术学院为例

湖南省是一个农产品生产和消费大省,近年来该省的农产品冷链物流发展非常迅猛。而农产品冷链物流专业人才的匮乏和人才培养的现状远远满足不了市场的需求和企业对专业人才的要求。文章在分析湖南省生鲜农产品生产现状和农产品冷链物流人才培养现状的基础之上,以湖南商务职业技术学院为例提出了对物流管理专业农产品冷链物流特色人才培养模式的研究。

On the Cultivation of Cold Chain Logistics Characteristics of Agricultural Products Logistics Management Professionals in Higher Vocational Education---Taking Hunan Vocational Col ege of Commerce as an Example

Hunan province is an a gricultural production and consumption of a large province, agricultural products cold chain logistics development in the province is very fast in re-cent years. But the agricultural products cold chain logistics professional talent shortage and talent training present situation far not meet the need of market demand and business profes-sionals. Based on the analysis of present situation of fresh a-gricultural products in Hunan province development status of production and agricultural products cold chain logistics per-sonnel, taking Hunan Vocational College of Commerce as an example the research on the training mode of logistics man-agement specialty agricultural products cold chain logistics tal-ents.
