| 摘 要： | 通过构建科技发展指标体系,计算产业结构升级的产业高加工化系数,对2002—2012年中国科技发展与产业结构升级的关系进行实证分析。实证结果表明:科技发展与产业结构升级之间存在长期的均衡关系;科技发展是引起产业结构升级的原因,但产业结构的升级不是引起科技发展的原因。据此,给出了促进产业结构升级的相关建议。

| Abstract: | This paper makes an empirical analysis on the relationship between S＆T develop and upgrading of industrial structure in 2002--2012 of China,through the establishment of S＆T develop index system and calculation high processing coefficient. The empirical result shows that：S＆T develop and upgrading of industrial structure existent long -term balanced relation, S＆T develop is the cause of upgrading of industrial structure;while, upgrading of industrial structure is not the reason of S＆T develop, and makes some suggestions based on analyzing. |
