| Abstract: | ERP is a kind of advanced management methods and means to help enterprises to improve the core competi- tiveness rapidly, in recent years, more and more Chinese enterprises have started the implementation of ERP system, however, the result is not ideal. In this background, this article analyzes the existing ERP system implementation problems in Chinese enterprises, and put forward feasible solutions, in order to help the Chinese enterprise to be succeeded in implementation of ERP system and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. |
