| 摘 要： | F公司在实施目标管理法的过程中,通过"制度内目标"与"制度外目标"相结合的方式,提高了部门工作效率。目标管理通过合理的制度设计,达到了让员工由"要我做"变为"我要做"的目标,为其他企业提供了借鉴。

| Abstract: | During the procession target management implement, F company combines ＂target interior system＂ and ＂target exterior system＂, sector productivity is improved greatly. Through reasonable system design, MBO lets employees to turn ＂want me to do＂ into ＂I want to do＂. F factory＇ s MBO measures can provide reference for similar enterprise. |
