| 摘 要： | 结构性失业逐渐成为我国农村劳动力失业问题的主要方面，开发农村就业中介服务有助于更好地解决我国农村劳动力结构性失业问题。应明确开发主体、加大资金投入、完善服务功能，大力开发我国的农村就业中介服务。
