关于中国利率政策有效性的实证分析

利率政策是我国一项重要的货币政策,但随着经济市场化程度的提高和国内金融市场的开放,货币政策的运用受到更多的约束,尤其是利率政策的独立性受到挑战,国内利率水平更多地受到国际金融市场的制约,其政策效果也被削弱。目前我国存在较强的通胀压力,当局应该将利率政策和其他政策相配合使用,加快深化各项改革,才能取得更好的调控效果。

Empirical Study about Validity of Chinese Interest Rate Policy

The interest rate policy is an important monetary policy,but as the improvement of market economy and opening of domestic financial markets,it has been more restricted,especially its independence has been challenged,restricted by the international financial market and the policy effects have also been weakened.Now,China is facing up to pressure of inflation.The interest rate policy and other policies should be combined,and only with the deepening reforms,macro-regulations can achieve better results.
