| 摘 要： | 西部拥有丰富的石油天然气资源,积极开发和利用西部的油气资源,将促进我国能源结构优化,增加能源供应的安全性,促进西部地区社会经济的发展,实现能源的可持续发展战略,实现西部资源优势向现实经济优势的转变,将是西部油气资源开发面临的主要问题,文章针对西部油气资源现状,从长远利益出发,以可持续发展的观点,分析未来西部油气资源开发的措施与对策。

| Abstract: | West district is in possession of abundant petroleum resources. Aggressive exploration and utilization of these hydrocarbon resources can give an impulse to the goodness of energy construction, the security of energy supply and the development of west economy so that the resources superiority in west district can be transformed into real economy advantages, and the sustainable development strategy to energy resources is attainable. Against the status quo of west petroleum resources, the future exploitive steps and countermeasures are discussed in this essay from the sustainable development in the long run. |
