不同国家产业升级环境的比较研究——基于层次分析方法

中国现处于中等收入阶段,进入到这一阶段后产业能否顺利转型升级关系到中国经济的稳定持续发展。使用层次分析法对中国产业升级环境进行综合评价是十分有效的方法,在评价过程中,从人力资源水平、创新研发能力、高新技术水平、可持续发展能力这四个方面来进行评价,对这四个方面分别选取多个度量指标进行评价。选择中国、美国、日本、德国、巴西、南非这六个国家作对比,并运用层次分析方法进行实证分析,明晰中国在产业升级方面处于什么水平、与优势国家的差距及未来的努力方向。

A Comparative Study of Different National Industrial Upgrading Environment --Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

Presently, our country is in the middle-income stage, and industrial upgrading is related to the stability of the economy continues to develop. Analytic Hierarchy Process is an effective method for evaluating the industrial upgrading environment. In the process of evaluation, the level of human resources, innovation ability, high technology, and the sustainable development capability are chosen; and multiple metrics were selected to evaluate. The article selects China, United States, Japan, Germany, Brazil and South Africa for contrast, makes an empirical analysis by using Analytic Hierarchy Process, and makes clear the level of industrial optimization and upgrading in our country.
