| 摘 要： | 通过对河北省产业结构和能源消费结构现状分析,运用矩阵分析法模型,对河北省产业结构变动对能源消费结构的影响进行了分析,分析表明:河北省自1995年以来天然气是需求增长最快的能源,其次为成品油、电力和煤炭,而天然气虽然增长最快,但由于其基数很小,天然气能源消费总量相对不是很高。"十二五"期间,第二产业是河北省节能降耗的重点,成品油、天然气、电力的消费比重将不断提高。

| Abstract: | This article , through analyzing the current situation of industrial structure and energy consumption struc -ture in Hebei Province , using matrix analysis model , analyzes the impact of the industrial structure change on the energy consumption structure in Hebei Province： since 1995 , natural gas is the fastest-growing demand energy in Hebei Province, followed by oil, electricity and coal.But because natural gas ’ base is very small, the total con-sumption of gas is not very high .In“The Twelfth Five Year Plan” period, the second industry is the key point of saving energy and reducing consumption in Hebei Province .The consumption of refined oil , natural gas and elec-tricity will continue to improve . |
