| 摘 要： | 在推进股份制改革的道路上，中国农业银行还面临着许多挑战，如何在客户需求日新月异、同业竞争愈加激烈的形势下，加快推进业务经营转型，全面提升农行在城市中的竞争力；如何在强化为“三农”服务职能的基础上，发挥自身优势，进一步加快城市业务战略转型，实现城乡联动发展，已是当前和今后中国农业银行在发展中必须解决的重点和难点问题。
