| 摘 要： | 国外对食品安全管理的研究主要包括四个方面:"从农田到餐桌"的食品安全的控制体系、食品安全管理技术、食品安全立法和食品安全的经济与政治分析。本文总结了国外研究的特点和对中国食品安全管理研究的启示。
