循环产业集群是西部跨越式绿色发展的有效途径

在新的历史条件下,西部欠发达地区必须走跨越式绿色发展之路.文章从产业组织的视角出发,分析比较了产业集群与循环经济模式单独运行的优劣势,研究了西部要实现跨越式绿色发展的可能途径.研究结果表明,仅仅依靠传统的产业集群和单一的循环经济模式无法实现西部地区的跨越式绿色发展,只有采用循环产业集群这一新型的产业组织模式,才能真正实现经济效益和生态效益的双赢.因此,循环产业集群确实是西部欠发达地区实现跨越式发展的有效途径.

Circular Industrial Cluster is One of the Most Efficient Ways to Realize the Leap-forward and Green Development in Western China

In the new historical conditions,the western areas must achieve the leap-forward and green development.The paper analyzes the industrial cluster and the circular economy from the viewpoint of the theory of industrial organization,and comes to a conclusion: only relying on the industrial cluster or the circular economy,we cannot realize the leap-forward and green development in the western areas.Then the paper introduces the circulatory industrial cluster,combining the fact of the western areas,and discusses the significance of the circulatory industrial cluster,and then it proves that the circular industrial cluster is one of the most efficient paths to realize leap-forward and green development in western areas.
