| 摘 要： | 科学的工业遗产旅游价值评估是搞好工业遗产旅游开发的基础。通过分析国内外工业遗产保护与旅游开发的形势,阐述我国工业遗产旅游价值评估的基本原则,提出由4个大类指标和16个类型指标所构成的工业遗产旅游价值评估的指标体系。在此基础上,结合我国实际,得出工业遗产旅游开发的对策建议。
