论旅游高等教育与旅游高级人才的培养——兼议旅游高等院校的产业化改革

中国将进入ＷＴＯ，教育将逐步成为一个独立的、充满前景的产业。教育产业化要接受市场的检验，学校和专业的品牌要通过其毕业生的质量去打响。必须大力强化教师实践知识的培养与经营管理经验的积累。高等教育应重视对在职人才的继续培养，这是知识的更新与经验的升华。从已有工作经历的人才中选ＭＢＡ 的教育，是我国教育产业一个非常有前景、也非常有实效的新的增长点。旅游高等教育产业化主要包括：１．转变观念，确立旅游高等教育生产属性，教学就是直接生产力；２．实行企业化管理；３．实行办学立体多元化；４．建立旅游院校与旅游企（事）业长期稳定的合作伙伴关系；５．构建适应经济全球化的新人才的培养模式。

On Higher Education of Tourism and Cultivating Elite in Tourism

China will enter into WTO and education will become an independent prosperous industry gradually. Educational industrialization would be accepted by the market examination. And the fame of a university mainly relies upon the quality of its graduates. It is necessary to strengthen greatly the cultivation of teachers' practical knowledge and the accumulation of managerial experiences.To select MBA and postgraduates from talents with working experiences is a new growth point with promising future. The industrialization of higher education of tourism consists of five main points: 1)to determine the productive character of higher education of tourism, 2)to build up managerial mechanism of enterprise, 3)to run education from multi-channels of investment, 4)to cooperate with tourist enterprises as the base for practice and training, 5)to construct the new mode of cultivating elite who can adapt to globalization of economy.
