| 摘 要： | 企业在追求自身经济效益的同时，也要承担社会责任。而且还必须从承担社会责任的角度出发，加强企业经营道德建设工作，使自己的生产经营活动符合社会发展和企业自身发展的长远利益。文章对部分企业在生产经营过程中所暴露的不道德现象进行了分析，并指出加强企业经营道德建设的一些措施。

| Abstract: | When the enterprises in the pursuit of economic benefit,they should bear their social responsibility at the same time.From the view of social responsibility,the enterprises should enhance the operation morality in order to develop their business and future benefit.By analyzing the moral problems in some enterprises' business processes,suggestions for the development of enterprise operation morality are presented. |
