| 摘 要： | 在高速公路工程项目建设中,工程造价对于每个阶段的建设都有不同影响,而其重点部分应放在工程实施前的投资决策和设计阶段。为有效控制工程造价,笔者结合实际,分析了目前高速公路设计阶段造价控制存在的问题,并从几个方面提出了应采取的措施,以保障资金的利用效率。
