Civil servants,as China's huge executive team,its training draws more and more attention of experts and government departments.Assessment of training effect has been plaguing theoretical and practical field.ROI measurement method is a comprehensive index,is a logical,systematic process,to help better measure the effectiveness of training.This article explains the necessity of ROI measurement and quantitative analysis,based on the ROI measurement method,applies ROI to the civil servant training and assessment,for improving the civil servant training and assessment.
