| 摘 要： | 揭示了精益文化的构建对企业实施精益管理的意义,提出了精益文化体系,详细地阐述了精益文化体系中的物质层面、观念层面和基本假定层面,通过案例的方式较为详细的分析了各个层面所包含子因素的含义,有利于指导企业进行精益文化的构建。
