| 摘 要： | 如今,我国煤炭行业面临着严重的安全问题,高技能型人才缺口很大,煤炭行业要实现全面、协调和可持续发展,落实科学发展观,必须尊重知识、尊重人才。本文以淮南职业技术学院煤炭主体专业的发展为例,首先谈论了落实全面发展观、协调发展观的紧迫性;然后谈论了如何实现可持续科学发展观。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,China's coal industry is facing serious security problems;highly skilled talent gap is huge.We must respect knowledge and talent for the coal industry to achieve comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development,practice the scientific concept of development.In this paper,with the development of main mining majors of Huainan Vocational & Technical College as example,the author discussed the urgency of practicing the overall development concept and the coordinated development;and then the author discussed the sustainable development of scientific development. |
