常用溃疡性结肠炎动物模型的探讨及比较

摘    要:通过观察及检测数年来国内外多种溃疡性结肠炎动物模型的制备及其特点来明确适用于不同研究方法或研究目的UC动物模型。文章列举出几种常用的模型,包括乙酸模型、二硝基氯苯模型、三硝基苯磺酸模型及免疫加化学刺激模型,其中乙酸和二硝基氯苯模型适用于至炎机理及中药药理的研究,三硝基苯磺算和免疫加化学刺激模型适合免疫机理及慢性期给药的研究。乙酸和三硝基苯磺酸模型操作简便,易于重复,而另外两种模型过程较复杂,周期较长。

Abstract:In this thesis,we observed several frequently-used ulcerative colitis(UC) rat models,in order to select the ones which are more appropriate to do some test and which are more consistent with human UC.They are ACOH model,DNCB model,TNBS model,Immunization and chemistry model.Among them,ACOH model and DNCB model are good at the research of inflammation and Chinese medicine,TNBS model and Immunization and chemistry model are good at the research of immunization and chronic period.The operations of ACOH model and TNBS model are sasy,and DNCB model and Immunization and chemistry model need more longer cycle.
