摘    要:学科竞赛作为一条培养高素质和创新能力人才的重要途径,是在紧密结合课堂教学的基础上,以竞赛的方式,激发学生理论联系实际和独立工作的能力,通过实践来发现问题、解决问题、增强学生学习和工作自信心的系列化活动.本文试图在总结当前高职经管类学科竞赛特点的基础上,结合三重智能模型各阶段的特征,探索教师在学科竞赛指导过程中应当扮演的角色和应采取的的指导模式.

Abstract:As an important way to cultivate high quality and innovative talents,subject contest stimulates students’ independent ability to work by combing theory with practice.It is based on the method of subject contest and it is closely related class teaching.Subject contest is a series of activities to find and solve problems through practice and strengthens students’ confidence.This paper,based on summary of previous characteristics of subject contest for economy and management of higher vocational colleges,combines characteristics of different phases for tri-intelligence model and explores roles teachers shall play in instruction of contest and models shall be adopted.
