| Abstract: | At present, when cooperating with Russia, there are eight outstanding developmentopportunities on three aspects: Sino- Russia cooperation in economy and trade and the building ofgood economic and trade environment, related economic policies of two countries; and the prominentadvantages of Heilongjiang. We should fully utilize these opportunities, advance and upgrade thestrategy of cooperating with Russia in economy and trade. |
