| 摘 要： | 课程改革是高职院校教育改革的核心。高职课程改革的系统性、复杂性与专业性决定了其参与主体的多元性。本文分析了高职课改的主要参与者：企业专家、高职院校的院方领导、教学专家以及教师在课程改革中发挥作用的现状,指明了各方存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决对策。
