| 摘 要： | 山西是全国最大的产煤、输煤大省。山西煤炭工业在我国能源结构和国民经济中具有重要的地位。但是在传统经济模式下，山西煤炭工业的可持续发展困难重重。只有通过转变观念、完善法律、科学规划、创建生态工业园区、清洁生产、技术创新等综合措施，大力发展循环经济，才能实现山西煤炭工业向新型化、可持续化发展。

| Abstract: | The coal industry in Shanxi plays an important role in China's energy structure and national economy. But under the traditional economic model, it has difficulties in sustainable development. The only way out is to turn to circular economy. The paper gives some suggestions on how to develop Shanxi coal industry under the guide of circular economy theory. |
