生态伦理观对我国旅游开发与规划影响初探

我国旅游业走过了几十年的发展历程，取得了很大的成就，但同时旅游开发也带来了一些负面的环境影响。为了解决旅游开发和生态环境之间的矛盾，生态伦理学观念被引入到旅游开发中来。本文分析了我国旅游开发中存在的主要问题，介绍了目前生态伦理观的内涵，认为生态伦理观是人们更加理性地、科学地从事旅游开发活动，确保旅游业的可持续发展的理论基础，据此提出了基于生态伦理观的旅游规划和开发策略。

The Impact of Eco-ethnics to China's Tourism Exploitation and Planning

The tourism industry obtains greatly achievement in our country, however there is some negative effect through the tourism exploitation. In order to solve those contradictions, the eco-ethnics were introduced in tourism exploitation and planning. The paper analysis the problem of tourism exploitation and planning in our country and introduce the connotation of eco-ethnics, believe which is basis of tourism exploitation and the sustainable development tourism. The author makes preliminary researches on the foundation of the eco-ethnics and gives some advice for tourism exploitation and planning.
